Hi, my name is Brad Chuensomsong, a NZ born Interior Architecture Designer turned chef. I am a self trained baker and a traveler. My food journey started at a very young age from hanging out in the kitchen with mum to competing in MasterChef Thailand and now owning food related business.

What is my food? It is an experiment through techniques and flavours I enjoy and that is how I create the final products and it is my own.

That simple yet perfection, food made me realise how sweet & beautiful life can be. 'La Dolce Vita'! and that has inspired me to start 'Bake Brew Binge' and sharing it with the world!
